As a 42mm gear motor, 24v motor that I.CH designs and develops is the planetary gear motor. The reason why this gear motor is called planetary gear is that the several planetary gears along with the gear ring circles around the central gear(sun gear). when planetary gear motor works, with the rotation of sun gear, the planetary gear will also revolve.
