DC Gear Motor Assembling

Due to the full evaluation of the design scheme and the determination of reasonable process method in the process of gear product design, and the strict quality control in the manufacturing process of parts and components, the final gear motor assembling process becomes simple and efficient. After the assembly is completed, we conduct a comprehensive inspection on each gearbox  and gear motor.  All unqualified products are selected for repair and secondary inspection. There are strict management measures for unqualified products on the assembly site, which can effectively avoid the delivery of unqualified products.
