High precision low backlash servo planetary gearbox (square flange) is engineered for servo motors and related equipment requiring speed reduction or torque amplification. Key Features

  • Low Noise: Using involute gear transmission, alloy steel with carbonize & quencher heat treatment, precision level of gear grinding could reach ISO class 5. The profile and axial modification could enhance the bearing capacity to achieve smooth, quiet operation of the reducer.

  • High Precision: Backlash is 3 arcmin or less for accurate positioning.

  • High Rigidity & High Torque: The output shaft adopts large size, large span double support bearing design, which improves the rigidity and torque of the reducer.

  • Maintenance-Free: Low grease wear, supports lifetime lubrication.
