60mm Planetary Gearbox
Description
High precision low backlash planetary gearbox for servo Mmotor (square flange) and related device which need to reduce speed or enlarge torque. It has high precision and are widely used with servo motor. This combination of high precision planetary gearbox and servo motor is suitable for servo-driven scenarios such as automated production lines, robot joints, and precision machine tools. The low backlash (≤3 arcminutes) ensures transmission accuracy, while the square flange design simplifies the installation process. - Low Noise:Using involute gear transmission, alloy steel with carbonize & quencher heat treatment, precision level of gear grinding could reach ISO class 5, the profile and axial modification could enhance the bearing capacity,to get a smooth,quite operation of the reducer.
- High Precision:Backlash is 3 arcmin or less,accurate positioning.
- High Rigidity,High Torque:The output shaft used large size,large span double support bearing design,which improves the rigidity and torque of the reducer.
- High Efficiency:1-stage up to 95% or more,2-stage up to 92% or more.
- Maintenance-Free:Low grease wear,can be lifetime lubrication.
- Sealing Effect is Good:Lubricating grease with high viscosity,not easy to separate the characteristics, IP65 protection class to ensure that no grease leakage.
- Wide Applicability:Applicable to any type of servo motor, customize for special combination, and easy for mounting.
